Is it safe to to shop online?
We utilize 128-bit SSL certificates to keep your information safe and secure. Our website is certified secure by Verisign and the Better Business Bureau Reliability Program. As an extra layer of protection, we only store your payment information in our order database long enough to complete the transaction, then the information is discarded.
Can I order by phone or fax?
Yes, you can order by fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To place an order by fax simply place your order online, then choose the pay by fax/mail option. Follow the instructions online, then print and fax your order to us. You can also place your order by phone from 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. How can I get a receipt?
Getting a receipt is easy! Simply log in to your customer account on the right-hand margin of any page on the site. After logging in, simply click on the order that you would like a receipt for, then click receipt. If you have not registered your customer information with us, you can also get a receipt HERE.
Where is my order?
The majority of our orders ship within 24 hours of their receipt (M-F). All our packages are sent with tracking numbers and/or delivery confirmation. To view the status of your order, please log in from the right-hand margin of this page. Once you have logged in, simply click on the order you wish to track.

hat is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. We offer a 30 day cash back and 90 day store credit program. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. To get your return authorization number, please go to http://www.wildties.com/store/returns/. Items received within 30 days of the purchase date receive a full refund of the purchase price. Wild Ties does not reimburse shipping and handling fees. Items received after 30 days, but before 90 days from the purchase date, are eligible for a store credit only. Store credits are good toward future purchases at Wildties.com and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer; we suggest shipping your return with insurance.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

How can I get a printed catalog?
Unfortunately, our inventory changes too rapidly to keep a printed catalog current; however we do offer thousands of items on our website, in addition to offering an e-mail newsletter that will keep you up to date on new items, sales, and discounts. How long will it take to get my order?
We offer a number of different shipping options for your package from ground service (approximately 7 business days) to Next day air ( 1 business day ).
